Have you already experimented with collaborative practices? Have you been blown away by their power and fluidity? Do you dream of finding the same power in your everyday work situations?

Come and share the (partial) results of an 18-month survey of 12 field managers in 6 French companies.

You'll discover how, with your senses awake, your ego and your mind asleep, and a few well-honed dialogue practices, you can detect collective intelligence and embody it in your daily actions!
