JSR 2021

After a 100% online edition in 2020, the Recruitment Simulation Day was organized in a hybrid format: we welcome you in person at the IGR-IAE Rennes premises, in compliance with current health regulations and subject to presentation of the health pass, but also remotely, for those who wish to do so.

It's a unique opportunity for you to encourage students in the development of their skills, and to meet new people. It's also a much-awaited event for students, enabling them to build their self-confidence and learn how to promote their skills to experienced professionals.


What is the JSR?

Accompanied by two other professionals, you will be asked to conduct 3 mock interviews with 3 IGR-IAE Rennes students, corresponding to a specific job/internship offer. CVs, cover letters and job/internship offers will be e-mailed to you a few days before the event, so that you can analyze them beforehand.
At the end of the interview, a few minutes will be devoted to a debriefing between you - the jury - and the student, to determine the strong points and aspects of the application to be improved/corrected for future interviews.

The IGR Pro association and the students of IGR-IAE Rennes look forward to welcoming you to this morning of exchange and sharing.
