Partnership with APEC

IGR-IAE Rennes is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with APEC for a further 3 years.

As a key player in the executive employment market, Apec , in conjunction with the public employment service, has set itself new ambitions in a number of key areas:

- to support the professional development of executives and young graduates, to provide them with lasting career security, throughout France and at every stage of their professional lives, through a personalized service approach tailored to their needs and the risk factors they face on the job market;
- help make executive recruitment a success, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses, by providing appropriate tools and methods, promoting market transparency through the dissemination of job offers and candidate profiles, and facilitating contacts with potential candidates from a wide range of backgrounds;
- to enlighten, including in a forward-looking manner, the actions of those involved in executive employment, by providing them with keys to understanding the market and changes in the job market, based on national and regional data, studies and analyses, as well as feedback from the field.

What are the objectives of this partnership?
Jointly run integration initiatives for students.

As part of its training and professional integration missions, IGR-IAE Rennes has developed the "Work & Career" program, which aims, over 3 years of training (from Licence 3 to Master 2), to :

- Accompany each student in the construction of his or her professional project
- Prepare them for professional integration

The organization of workshops and conferences at IGR-IAE Rennes, led by Apec, is fully in line with this qualitative approach to student follow-up and support.

The organization of workshops and conferences at IGR-IAE Rennes, led by Apec, can be adapted to the needs of graduates.

In particular, APEC will be able to provide advice to students and alumni of IGR-IAE Rennes who are considering their career development, and support them in their plans for internal/external mobility, training, expatriation or business start-up.
