Doctoral student seeks alumni participants
Do you work in the food industry or in distribution?
Soline BOUIC, a young doctoral student and engineer by training, is carrying out a study as part of her thesis under a CIFRE* contract.
She presents her project to you directly:
An agri-food engineer from the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, I'm currently working on my doctoral thesis at the IGR-IAE in Rennes.
My subject is sustainable and territorialized food systems, with a focus on long supply chains. In particular, I'm studying the place of sustainability and localization in food processing and distribution companies, with the aim of reconciling the respective stakes of these stakeholders.
As part of my doctoral thesis, I'm looking to meet directors or managers (general management, marketing, sales, purchasing, CSR, R&D, quality, logistics, store managers) of food processing and distribution companies who would be willing to answer a few questions.
These exchanges are one-on-one (1 hour) and can be conducted face-to-face or remotely. Your participation is essential to advance my thinking!
Please fill in this questionnaire so that I can contact you.
For more information, a presentation document is attached and can be reached at this e-mail address: soline.bouic@sce.fr or by telephone: 06 43 33 12 51.
* Soline Bouic's thesis aims to use different approaches to responsible marketing to identify the representations and practices of each of the stakeholders in a territory who may be involved in food systems. It is funded by SCE Amenagement & Environnement (Keran) under a Cifre contract, and is co-directed by Fanny Reniou (IGR, IAE de Rennes) and Cathie Laroche-Dupraz.
