AFEST, or how to develop skills in your teams?

How can you develop the skills of your teams, mobilize and enhance in-house expertise, and give meaning back to work?
Using examples from Laurence Darbé's own experience, the aim will be to demystify the legal, theoretical and process-based aspects of AFEST.AFEST, to humanize it and highlight the effectiveness in the field of the various actions associated with the AFEST modality, namely : work analysis, reflexivity, the roles and postures of AFEST referent and architect in the company.
Our speaker, Laurence Darbé, is a consultant with ITAQUE - IORGA, and is involved in HR diagnostics, knowledge transfer and professionalizing on-the-job training.
